  2. We, however, share your contact details with our partners / suppliers / vendors to deliver the product or service you have requested. We have no control over their privacy policy.
  3. If you make any payment through website, then your payment information is processed by Payment Gateways. We have no access to your payment information. Payment gateways are mandated by the law to protect your financial information.
  4. We use google analytics to understand traffic and user behavior at our website so that we may be able to improve customer satisfaction and website performance.
  5. Google analytics also helps us in targeted marketing campaigns.

The website is hosted on third party servers. We have no control over their privacy policy and security arrangements of their servers.

Payment processors have to have their own security arrangements. Payments are processed by payment processors on their own website different from this website and such payment information is not accessible by us. We only receive confirmation of payment, by payment processors. Hence your payment information is secured with payment processing agencies.


We usually ship the product within 1-working day, post your purchase on our website. It is expected that shipment will get delivered within 5 to 7-days, post shipping.

We sell electrical and allied goods and services. We believe that you understand your requirement well and have decided to purchase a product after careful consideration of your requirements. Hence you do not require to return a product after purchase.

In an unfortunate situation, if you have received a wrong product, please inform us within 24-hours of delivery of the product to you. We will arrange a return of the product at our cost. However, please ensure that product be in their original condition, unused, warranty cards, tags and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will verify it and if decided in your favour; we will arrange a shipment of right product to you or process your refund at your option within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. If, however, decision is made against you (for product being used, or parts, tags missing/damaged etc) then we will not be able to process refund or replacement of product. Besides, we will not re-ship the returned product.

In another unfortunate situation, if you have a damaged product, please inform us within 24-hours of delivery of the product to you. We will arrange a return of the product at our cost. However, please ensure that product be in their original condition, unused, warranty cards, tags and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will verify it whether it was damaged in transit or mishandled / tempered or attempted to open it. If decision is made in your favour; we will arrange a shipment of replacement product to you or process your refund at your option within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. If, however, decision is made against you (for product being used, or parts, tags missing/damaged, mishandled, tempered, attempted to open etc) then we will not be able to process refund or replacement of product. Besides, we will not re-ship the returned product.

If product is returned to us, undelivered; you will be liable to deduction of 30% of your invoice value plus two times of shipping charge, subject to minimum deduction of ₹500. Balance will be returned to you within 7-10 business days. 

If there is any technical problem, you shall approach the manufacturer and claim your warranty directly with them. Repair or replacement will be taken care of by manufacturer as per their warranty policy.
