Terms & Conditions
If you visit, use, or shop at the website or any future website operated by us, you accept these Terms and Conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future services of the company or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with the company or third-party vendors, whether or not included in the site, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or merchant. If these conditions are inconsistent with such guidelines and conditions, such guidelines and conditions will control.
By subscribing to or using any of our products or services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by the Terms and Conditions, regardless of how you subscribe to or use our products or services. If you do not want to be bound by the terms, you must not subscribe to or use our services.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We believe that you are a serious buyer and are fully aware of products, its functionality, quality and performance. You are aware of the fact that warranties associated with the product, is usually, offered by manufacturer and are governed by their policy. You are sure that the products being purchased is suitable for your requirements. You have decided to buy the products after due diligence, not just to assess its functionality, quality, performance or to test suitability of it for your requirements.
Still, in a rare situation, if you decide to return the product then, we accept returns with following terms :
If you have collected the product from our sales office [Self Pick-Up], then we will not be in position of offer you refund or exchange. You must verify the product for damages at the time of accepting the delivery of products.
If products have been delivered through personal delivery upon your request [right now, in Patna & Danapur area only], kindly verify the product for damages at the time of delivery itself. A claim of damage will not be accepted later on.
Personalized items are made to order. We are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.
Pre-booked items are procured for you. We will not be able to refund or exchange the item.
If shipment is delivered through 3rd party logistics company and the purchase order value is Rs5000/-- [Rupees Five Thousand Only] or more, it will not be exchanged or refunded, even though individual items have value less than Rs5000/-- [Rupees Five Thousand Only]. Buy insurance for any damage in-transit by logistic company / transporter and claim your compensation directly from the insurance provider.
If shipment is delivered through 3rd party logistics company and the purchase order value is less than Rs5000/-- [Rupees Five Thousand Only] then you may raise return request up to 10-days from date of delivery of shipment by the logistics partner. There can be two possible reasons for raising return request. 1. Product is damaged in-transit or 2. Change of mind. There is no damage to the product in-transit.
To raise return request under first situation; you must share video record of the entire process of opening the parcel delivered by the logistics partner. First, you shall inspect the shipment for physical damage at the time of delivery by the logistics company. If the shipment has any visible significant damage, you must notify us and do not accept it from the logistics company. If there is no visible significant damage, you must video record the opening process of the shipment. First you must show label of the parcel so that we be able to identify the shipment. After that, parcel shall be shown from all the directions to show that it is intact, and no trace of damage is visible. If damage to the parcel is minor, you may proceed with opening the parcel under the camera. Once opened, show the product from all directions to ensure that no physical damage has been caused to the product. If no major damage has been caused to the product, then product has been delivered to you safely. Minor scratches, dents, or corners broken, which do not inhibit functioning of the product, is considered as minor damage. For minor damage you will be offered 5% rebate on product price, excluding shipping charge.
If major damage is caused to the product, then we will offer you a reverse pick-up. After receiving the returned item, we will examine it. If it is determined that product has been damaged due to mishandling during transit, you will be offered exchange as soon as possible. If it is determined that product has been tempered with, or parts has been removed, or product has been opened, or it has been used, or tags are missing; then we will not be able to offer you exchange.
If you do not provide us parcel opening video, we assume that product has been delivered to you in safe conditions. It is just change of your mind that you wish to return the products. We will offer you reverse pick-up for this also. However, you will be liable to pay forward and reverse shipping charges from the total amount you have paid for your purchase. Moreover, it will be at your risk. You will be responsible to pack and ship the product to us, unused, with all tags attached in a resaleable condition. After receiving the returned item, we will examine it. If it is determined that product has been tempered with, or parts has been removed, or product has been opened, or it has been used, or tags are missing; then we will not be able to offer you refund. If, however, product received is unused and is suitable for resale, you will be refunded after deduction of forward and reverse shipping charges from your payment for your purchase as soon as possible.
Please note that our decision, whether to offer you refund (or exchange), or not, will final and binding. No dispute or question will be entertained in this regard in any form. Besides, we will not be able to re-ship the returned items.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship orders all over India.
We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding select holidays.
Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.
It may take one to two working days to process (making it ready-to-ship) your order. For example, if you place an order today, after 08:00AM, it will be sent for processing tomorrow after 08:00AM. It will be ready to ship by end-of-day tomorrow. It is expected that logistic company will pick-it-up day-after-tomorrow. This examples, considers that all the consecutive days were working day as usual, and all the ordered products were in stock.
In case, some products are available on pre-booking basis, it will take around two weeks to procure. You will be notified about the same through email.
The following information is the estimated timeframe. You should receive your order after it has been shipped:
Within India : 4 - 7 business days
Within Patna/Danapur : 1 - 2 business days
Self Pick-Up : Immediately
Delivery Within India : We will ship through third party logistics company. Only prepaid orders will be shipped. Charges will be based on volumetric weight or dead weight whichever is higher. In case, shipment is of value Rs5000/-- [Rupees Five Thousand Only] or more, it is advisable to buyer to buy insurance so that any damage to the product in-transit may be claimed, if by chance some unexpected damage occurs to the product.
If you have ordered for a product, which is available on pre-booking basis, you will be informed about its arrival through email. However, you may be required to pay for it in advance in addition to shipping charge and insurance.
Delivery within City Limits : We also arrange local delivery within city limits. At present, this service is available only for Patna and Danapur town only. However, this service is for order value of Rs10000/-- [Rupees Ten Thousand Only] or more, up to Rs50000/-- [Rupees Fifty Thousand Only]. It will take one to two working days after processing your order. However, to avail this service, you will have to confirm your order by paying Delivery Fee in advance. Balance amount may be paid by using UPI or Cash at the time of delivery.
If you have ordered for a product, which is available on pre-booking basis, you will be informed about its arrival through email. However, you may be required to pay for it in advance in addition to Delivery Fee within City Limits.
Self Pick-Up : This option is available to all your booking without any additional charge. You may visit our sales office, right now at Digha Patna Only, pay at store and collect your order immediately, if same is in stock. If it is available on Pre-Booking basis, you will be informed about its arrival through email. However, you may be required to pay for it in advance.
If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please do it before 08:00 AM next day or write to us as before 08:00 AM next day so that your order may be cancelled/modified before being processed.
The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. Personal data, such as your email addresses, is always provided to us voluntarily and only when you subscribe to our newsletter. Other personal data, including your name and address, is only required if you are ordering goods.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
